In an effort to eliminate a number of questions we receive, we feel we
should post a little blurb to clear up some questions.
We no longer do custom builds, attempt to match other manufacturer's
cabinets or do re-coverings.
We only sell our our line of cabinets, of which you can see some
examples in our MySpace photo section, and on our website as well.
Our covering choices include Black tolex, Red, Orange, Blond and
Tweed.
That is all we carry at this time
We can supply Celestion Speakers in V30's, Blues, Golds and G12-
65's only.
We can supply any Eminence or Jensen Speaker.
Starting now, we are establishing a small dealer network in 12
locations in various locations around the country. We are small and
starting at 12 to see how things go.
These locations have been selected and will be rolled out and
announced over the next few months as we get their inventory to them.
After we have these dealers in place, sales of cabinets will be only
through a dealer, and we will no longer be selling directly.
These decissions may be good for some and not so good for others,
but we will be tweaking things as we go and with this present
economic climate have made these decissions for the good of our
company as we see it from our perspective.

About Geezer's Cabinet Construction
Our cabinets are made in the USA from USA parts and from void
free Birch Plywood, and the joints have been dadoed, and then
glued and nailed. This method provides one of the strongest
ways of building cabinets there is and eliminates the need for
extra bracing and the weight that extra bracing adds to the
cabinets. They won’t rattle or fall apart without some serious
abuse.
The grills are removable and the cabinets are available in chrome
metal corners or black metal corners.
All our cabinets have two 1/4" jacks wired in parallel so you can
jumper to another cabinet. We take the time to solder all
connections at the jacks and on the speakers…no more wires
coming loose while bouncing down the road in your van.
We will also wire any 2x12" cabinet for stereo if you wish. Two
jacks, one going to each speaker. We do not offer a stereo/mono
switch option in cabinets. These switches are notorious for
failure, and we do not want the liability associated with such a
failure in damaging someone's amp.
T-nuts and machine screws are installed to hold the speakers in
place. There are many companies that simply use drywall screws
to hold their speakers in place in an effort to save money.....
Cutting corners like this is not good for the customer in the long
run and we don't feel this is the way to go.
We build a number of the cabinets in house, and we also
outsource some of the work to another cabinet builder to help us
keep up with demand. Not to worry though, they are the exact
same cabinet with the same high quality.

We understand that a speaker cabinet is an investment by the
customer and sincerely appreciate each and every customer
Many of out competitors use cheap wood, don't intall gaskets on
the dishplates and speakers, don't use t-nuts, and don't even use
speaker wire, but the less expensive THHN wire, which is used in
industrial control panels and is not meant for sound.
